Solidcore opts for buyback over special dividend to protect investor interests

ASTANA. Sept 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Solidcore Resources opted for a share buyback over special dividends because it was the most effective way to protect shareholder interests, a senior executive said Wednesday.
