SCAT to launch Shymkent-Singapore flights on Oct 20

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh carrier SCAT will launch a new twice-weekly Shymkent-Singapore route starting October 20, the Transport Ministry said.
