Kazakhstan refining capacity expansion to require major workforce boost - minister

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's expanding oil refining sector will require a sharp increase in the training of skilled workers, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Tuesday.
