Tokayev awards writer Mikhailov top state honor on 80th birthday

ASTANA. Sept 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has presented writer Valery Mikhailov with the Order of Barys 1st Degree for his contributions to Kazakh literature, the presidential press service said Monday.
