Nazarbayev officially deprived of right to address people with initiatives on issues concerning Kazakhstan's foreign policy

ASTANA. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has made changes to Kazakhstan's foreign policy for 2020-2030, which exclude from the document the lifelong right of first President Nursultan Nazarbayev to address the people of Kazakhstan with initiatives on foreign policy issues.
